Before We Get on The Road

  1. Request a quote using Lexi's Lil Bug Website Form or by downloading mobile app available on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  2. Download Lexi's Lil Bug mobile app.
  3. Create an account.
  4. Reservations are able to be made 4 hours before pick up time. If reserving less than 4 hours email your request directly to buzzus@lexislilbug.com or lexislilbug@gmail.com.
  5. Personal Courier Profile picture will be available once your ride is assigned.
  6. We value all of our customers time and ask that our Personal Couriers wait no longer than 7 minutes so we can service everyone through out the day. In the event passengers are late beyond allotted time there is an additional $5 waiting fee.
  7. Single Day Reservations will incur a Cancellation Fee of $10. Multi-Day Reservations are Non-Refundable. School Year Enrollment Reservations are Non-Refundable with NO EXEMPTIONS for holidays, school closings, enrichment programs, inclement weather, professional development training and cancellations other than specified by Lexi's Lil Bug. 
  8. Multi-Day Reservations will receive an invoice weekly. Invoice must be paid before service is rendered. Late Fee of $15 will be applied for all invoices paid after due date or specified from Lexi’s Lil Bug.

  10. Payments are processed via Paypal (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) information. (Cash Payments are not allowed).
  11. Make sure you provide or leave car seats for personal courier to use that is acceptable per state requirements under Maryland Law.
  12. Please provide your child's name and any personal notes or fun facts our Personal Couriers should know about our passenger in the comment box on reservation form.
  13. Bee Code Optional Feature: You may give us a code word to verify with your child before leaving to their destination in the comment box on reservation form.

While on the Road

  1. Personal Couriers will comply to all child passenger safety and traffic laws.
  2. Personal Couriers ensures the safety of our passengers by driving responsibly and paying attention to their surroundings on the road.
  3. Parent(s) will receive text or email alert notifying of Personal Courier status before, during and after trip.
  4. Children must stay in their seats with seat belts on at all times.
  5. Minors under the age of 15 must sit in the back seat.
  6. We know mistakes happen and in case of major spills there is a $15 cleaning fee.
  7. Trips are tracked by management using Real Time GPS tracking software.
